Continue your Hogan learning journey with The Team Discovery Workshop. This Workshop is aimed at Hogan certified HR professionals who have experience with individual assessments and feedbacks within the Hogan Assessments suite and who are now ready to bring this experience into a team context.
The workshop will cover topics like; how to understand and work with teams in general, and how to understand and use the Hogan Team Report. At the completion of the workshop you will be inspired to run team development processes in your own organisation.

The Hogan Team Discovery Workshop has as its primary learning objectives:
- To help teams improve their effectivenes by the use of Hogan data and the Hogan Team Report.
- Inspiration to facilitate your own team development process
- Improve your knowledge of HPI, HDS and MVPI scales in a team context
- Ability to analyse and make interpretations of different team configurations

The Hogan Team Report is designed to help team members gain a holistic, personality-based understanding of team strengths, weaknesses, and culture, and to understand how members’ personalities and motivators may support or hinder team effectiveness in light of the team’s character, business, context, and goals.
