LFS + Summary
The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series (LFS) includes four development-focused reports. Based on Hogan’s trademark assessments, the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory, each report offers information regarding the characteristics, competencies, and values that underlie how a leader approaches work, leadership, and interaction with others in the workplace. The Summary Report is an overview of a candidate’s strengths, challenges, and values.
Hogan 360
The Hogan 360° Report powered by Peter Berry Consultancy is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to help career-minded individuals and leaders at any level of an organisation gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others. The report uses an easy-to-interpret leadership framework to provide a real-time look at an individual's attitude, behaviour, and performance. Commonly used for development purposes, the report offers constructive feedback and sets priorities for improvement.
