Karin is Associated Psychologist with A&D Resources. Her many areas of expertise include coaching, talent and team development, training, certifications, and executive coaching.

Karin brings several years of leadership experience to our team. She’s a former chief of staff, a highly experienced consultant, and is well-versed in strategic leadership counseling. In addition to her psychology degree, Karin is also a specialist certified in leadership and organizational psychology.

Karin is M.Sc. Psychology & Chartered Psychologist. Additional academic accolades include Master of Public Government, Group Analytical Psychotherapist, Executive Managing Program. She is also the author of a book on executive coaching.
