Emma Fremming

Emma’s responsibilities include customer delivery, preparation of materials, project meetings, and various independent activities. Emma brings great energy and commitment to the A&D team to support our consultants and customers select the right people, develop talents and build great leaders.

Her educational background in business and psychology combined with her years with A&D provides her with a solid understanding of the business and insight in the use of personality assessments within A&D and our client communities.

Emma has earned a Master´s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from CBS, Copenhagen Business School. In addition, Emma is Hogan Assessment certified.
