Adam Blicher

Adam is a highly skilled consultant with unique experience from the world of elite sports. His current responsibilities include client feedback coaching and supporting teams achieve their development goals.

By utilizing the innate pressures of high-performance domains, Adam is a master at helping individuals and teams become strong, resilient forces. The goal is professionals capable of handling high pressure situations while maintaining integrity and personal behaviors that make them proud.

Before joining A&D Resources, Adam spent a decade working with elite athletes before, during and after competitions with the purpose of enhancing their general wellbeing while supporting peak performance, when it mattered most.

Adam holds a master's degree in Sports Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Denmark.
