New Team Members: Bettina, Søren and Amanda
A&D Resources are delighted to announce two new Senior Consultants and one new Support Coordinator have joined the team.
We are delighted to announce that we have been expanding the A&D Resources team with two new Senior Consultants, Bettina Vilhof Laub and Søren Blem Bach, to better support and advise our growing client base. In addition, Amanda Löfving, our new Swedish speaking Coordinator has joined our support team to help support our clients and in particular our Swedish ones.
Bettina joins us with a long corporate career in HR where she has been responsible for driving the HR agenda and supporting individuals, teams and organisations meet their goals. She has worked extensively with Hogan, recruitment and assessments, talent management and development, coaching, and team development.
Søren joins us with a psychology background and extensive consulting experience, most recently with emphasis in assessments. He has been involved in designing and advising on organisational development, leadership development, talent development, recruitment, and change management.
Amanda brings strong experience in project management and coordination. She has been involved in market research, production, web coordination, technical writing, and has an education in digital design and innovation.
