New Chairman of VPP Advisory Board

Videnscenter for Professionel Personvurdering (VPP) or “Center for Knowledge of Professional Assessment” was established in 2005 as a non-profit, member-run organisation representing everyone concerned with quality and fairness in assessment practices in occupational settings. VPP started as a grassroots movement aimed at making a national code of conduct for quality and fairness in assessment practices. Today, VPP is a formal association where their aim has been widened and now includes being an organisation concerned with general knowledge about assessment and assessment practices.

Thomas has been on the board of VPP a couple of times before and participated in the association's working group, which in its time contributed to the preparation of the ISO Standard on 'assessment services' "ISO 10667-1: 2011 (en) Assessment service delivery", together with experts from around the world.

Among his many responsibilities at A&D Resources, Thomas guides clients on implementing assessments into recruitment and development processes in ways that ensure efficiency, fairness, as well as great candidate experiences. He is also a master trainer and certified user of multiple assessment tools, including Hogan Assessments. Thomas brings more than two decades of valuable experience to our clients. Before joining A&D Resources, he held global and regional leadership positions within HR and Sales spanning banking, pharma, professional services, and MedTech sectors. Having lived and worked in the Asia-Pacific region for several years, Thomas maintains a global outlook and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in today’s organisations.
