A&D Resources A/S Merges with Summit Consulting A/S

Summit Consulting is one of Denmark’s leading business psychology consultancies, specialising in organisational and leadership development and A&D Resources is one of the leading assessment firm in Denmark and authorised Hogan Assessments distributor in Scandinavia and Benelux. In addition to Hogan Assessments, A&D Resources provides highly qualified consultancy services at executive level to global enterprises.

The merger of the two companies will give A&D Resources clients, partners and resellers access to an even broader range of the industry’s best and most experienced business psychology consultants in the fields of organisational and leadership development.

Karsten Søderberg (previously Managing Director at Summit Consulting) takes on the role as Group CEO of the overall organisation while Lone Aggernæs Thornberg takes over the position of Managing Director at Summit Consulting and Charlotte Søderberg joins A&D Resources as Managing Director.
