Team Development

Dear Customer,

Hogan Assessments have launched an updated and strengthened version of the Hogan Team Report.

The Hogan Team Report is designed as a team effectiveness tool to help team members gain a holistic, personality-based understanding of team strengths, weaknesses, and culture that will lead to improved team effectiveness.

The Hogan Team Report no longer requires certification, besides your acquired Hogan Assessments certification. The Hogan Team Report no longer requires certification, but the new report overview is free via the following link: www.hogancertification.com.

The price for the team report remains the same.

A sample report for the Team Report is available on our (A&D Resources) website - just follow the link below or go to adresources.com/reports.

Hogan Team Dynamics

Separately from the team report we at A&D have developed a process - Team Dynamics - that facilitates a full day team workshop based on Hogan Assessments.

The Hogan Team Dynamics Workshop has as its primary goal that you:

  • Learn about teams and what drives teams forward
  • Are able to use Hogan as a tool in improving a team's effectiveness
  • Are able to compile the team data necessary to perform an extensive team diagnostics
  • Are able to facilitate with your "customers" a team dynamics day through using the Team Discovery game board and other team accessories provided
  • Increase your knowledge within HPI, HDS and MVPI in a team context

Applying the Team Dynamics process, one does not need to purchase the Hogan Team report. A part of the Team Dynamics process is to compile the Hogan data into a separate Diagnostic team report.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, if this message prompts a need for clarification and/or additional information. You can contact us via info@adresources.com or +45 45851515.

Best regards,
