Oluf Gøtzsche-Astrup

Oluf became part of A&D Resources in 2015 and has previously worked for us as a full-time consultant. His academic profile, including his compelling research on the relationship between personality traits, leadership and career development, quickly proved a perfect match for our company.

In his role as Associated Senior Consultant, Oluf specializes in Hogan Certification Workshops, individual assessments, and data analytics, where he displays his comprehensive knowledge about Hogan Assessments and personality psychology.

Oluf holds a dual MSc in Psychology from University College London and Aarhus University, and a BA in Political Science from Aarhus University. He holds a PhD from Aarhus University from 2019.
