SENIOR CONSULTANTS - Experienced consultants for organisational assessment and development 

We are recruiting two senior consultants to join our select team of organizational consultants – one based in Copenhagen and one in the Benelux region.

A&D Resources has enjoyed a close collaboration with Hogan Assessment Systems since 2002. We are the official Hogan Distributor in Denmark and the Benelux countries. Hogan is a global market leader in personality assessment tools and we aim to be the partner-of-choice in the assessment and development business in our markets. We distribute Hogan Assessments products, train and support Hogan users, and deliver a range of consulting services such as Talent Management, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Team Development and Data Analytics. Our diverse client portfolio includes leading private companies, public agencies and HR practitioners.

Since our inception, we have maintained a strong growth in our assessment and workshop business. At the same time, we experience a growing demand for our consulting services with clients, who appreciate our business psychological expertise and experience with assessments. We can therefore offer the ideal candidates a dynamic and ambitious environment with high professional standards and a keen focus on quality and results.


You will become part of our team of consultants, reporting to our Head of Consulting.

Your tasks will include:

  • Writing assessment reports and client dashboards
  • Delivering Hogan feedback to clients
  • Delivering individual and team coaching to clients
  • Facilitating Hogan certification workshops
  • Supporting Hogan certified users
  • Participation in client projects with focus on psychometrics & qualitative analysis
  • Contributing to A&D business development
  • Contributing positively to our office environment and team spirit



The ideal candidates have demonstrated strong career achievements and will bring depth of experience to the position. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, HRM or related fields of expertise
  • 5-7 years of business experience with 2+ years in an HR corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of leadership development and talent management
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate in complex organizational environments
  • Experience working with psychometric assessments and development
  • Ability to think analytically, problem solve and provide pragmatic solutions
  • Attention to detail and passionate about delivering high quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • For the Copenhagen role also proficient in at least one Scandinavian language
  • For Benelux role it is an advantage if you also are proficient in either French, Dutch or Flemish
  • Experience working in international settings is a plus
