About Tatjana Harttung

Tatjana specialises in talent and leadership development in multicultural organisations. At A&D Resources, our clients benefit from her immense knowledge of assessments and executive coaching for both individuals and leadership teams.

In her role as Head of Consulting, Tatjana leads our team of skilled consultants with a strong focus on maintaining and developing A&D´s professional practices to ensure, that we continuously deliver outstanding quality and strong results to our broad client base.

Tatjana brings more than 20 years experience in the areas of Leadership, Human Resources and Global Mobility, most recently as Senior Director for Talent Management at Danfoss. This unique experience with diverse organisational teams and enterprises gives Tatjana a valuable talent for working effectively across cultures and all levels of an organisation, from entry to C-level.

Executive Coaching is a specialty focus area for Tatjana where her extensive experience working with talent and leadership development and leading global teams herself, has afforded her a deep understanding of the dynamics of organisations and the demands of leadership. Tatjana brings a supportive yet ambitious advocacy to her clients to help them master an increasingly complex context with courage and integrity.

Tatjana holds a Master of Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University. She has an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring in addition to a number of certifications including Hogan Assessments.
