We are recruiting a senior business psychologist to join our select team of organisational consultants.

A&D Resources has enjoyed a close collaboration with Hogan Assessment Systems since 2002. We are the official Hogan Distributor in Denmark and the Benelux countries. Hogan is a global market leader in personality test tools and we aim to be the partner-of-choice in the assessment and development business in our markets. We distribute Hogan Assessment products, train and support Hogan users, and deliver a range of consulting services such as Talent Management, Executive Coaching, and Leadership and Team Development. Our diverse client portfolio includes leading private companies, public agencies and HR practitioners.

Since our inception, we have maintained a strong growth in our assessment and workshop business. At the same time, we experience a growing demand for our consulting services with clients, who appreciate our business psychological expertise and experience with assessments. You will become part of the team in our Copenhagen office, reporting to the Managing Consultant responsible for our consultant team. Your tasks will include:

  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of our psychometric practice
  • Participation in client projects with focus on psychometrics & qualitative analysis
  • Helping clients navigate the psychology of leadership development, business agility & change
  • Providing sparring and professional psychology supervision for the consultant team
  • Writing assessment reports and client dashboards
  • Delivering Hogan feedback to clients
  • Delivering individual and team coaching to clients
  • Facilitating Hogan certification workshops
  • Supporting Hogan certified users
  • Contributing positively to our office environment and team spirit



The ideal candidate has demonstrated strong career achievements and will bring depth of experience to the position. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology
  • Status as a chartered psychologist is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Outstanding academic performance and a continued mindset of learning and development
  • 5-7 years’ business experience with 3+ years in an HR corporate environment
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and application of research
  • Extensive working experience with psychometric assessments / development
  • Ability to problem solve and provide pragmatic solutions
  • Attention to detail and passionate about delivering high quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Experience working in international settings is a plus
